Special events liability insurance is required by non member renters.
A proof of insurance is required at time of booking.
The club will retain a copy for our records.
If required, key with alarm code will be issued to the renter after:
-A contract is signed
-Deposit and fees are paid
-Proof of insurance is in our possession
Damage deposit will be refunded after:
-Facility is clean and undamaged
-Key is returned
-Set up and clean up times are included in the price unless otherwise specified.
Our staff will work with you to allow access to the building for set-up and clean-up.
Liquor service requires our bartender on premises. Allow 1 hour set-up and 1 hour minimum for clean-up.
If renter wishes to serve their own alcohol then a special events license is required. Prices and terms may change without notice
